Inventory 

All merchandise may not be kept in inventory, in our warehouses. There is no guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly in a short period of time. On rare occasions, a product may be in stock when an order is placed, and that product may be sold out by the time the order is processed. If the product you order is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready to be shipped. Please be aware that any item(s) not in stock when an order is placed will be shipped as soon as it is received from the manufacturer.

Back-ordered or out-of-stock products

If a product is not immediately available for shipping, usually that product is already on order from the manufacturer. Once the product becomes available you will be notified by email and the item will be shipped to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within seven (7) to twenty eight (28) days. If your product is not ready to ship within 30 days, you will be sent an update by email. If, for any reason, a back-ordered product is no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the product from your order and delete it from our catalog. Note: your credit card will not be charged until the product ships; if a product does not ship, your credit card will not be charged.
