Return Policy

Because of sanitary and hygiene reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your product(s), promptly check all products to make sure they are working properly. We will credit or exchange only (no refunds) for any DEFECTIVE product (or in the event a shipping error was made by us). You must contact us at the following email address: returns@sexportal.com for an RMA within seven (7) days of receipt of your product.  Products must be returned in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days to the address we will provide you after an RMA is issued. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the return period.

We have hundreds of products on our website. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FILL OUT ANY REQUEST FOR MEASURMENTS OR SIZE WHEN ORDERING. We will not issue a credit or an exchange for a product that did not have the measurements included or due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.

Returns

To insure quick processing of your return please include the following:

• The packing slip.
• A note telling us what the problem was and whether you would like a credit or an exchange for another item.

Please allow up to three (3) weeks to receive your replacement or credit.

Sexportal.com will not pay for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
